They come to see me soon I phone.
Since my diagnosis Aug 2018, we have had contact and advice from palliative care nurse plus physio and social staff. I am a home patient and visit from palliative nurse were frequent but have not been so regular due to staff shortages but phone numbers are available if help is needed, and my wife is my carer.
I am coping very well at home.
Your nurse was helpful, caring and considerate.
Thank you.
This was my first visit to the hospice and the approach and welcome I received was warming.
Meet Dr V. Pace and Rebecca the meeting was quite informative the doctor suggested a few changes to my daily routine which I am happy with.
Always someone on the end of the phone to give reassurance.
Very helpful and kind.
Haven't needed hands on care yet.
Although I no longer receive treatment, the care I have received from the staff and cares from the hospice has been excellent. I cannot express enough how much they helped me get the confidence I needed in getting back on my feet. They never one said about time, just making sure I was clean and comfortable and settled before they left, and gave my husband answers to any questions he had.
Thank you.
